Nailed it!

I didn't quite know what to wear for this morning's job interview, because what exactly do freelance primary school art instructors wear? Exactly.

So I just pulled together a few power pieces and got this:

Collared cardigan - G2000, sale
Camel-coloured pants - Mango, sale
Cream-coloured sneakers - Converse, sale
Leather bag - Conte de Cavour (Italy), gift from my mum

It was a little too wooly for today's weather and it got kinda clammy as the day progressed, but since my interview was at 10 a.m. it was alright and I looked great for the interview. I think I was better dressed then the interviewers themselves (seriously, freelance art instructors can get away with anything).

Managed to get some pretty snapshots of my surroundings during my walk from the studio to the bus-stop. It would be a dream-come-true to live in Queen's Rd (or anywhere in the general Bukit Timah area). Quiet neighbourhood, big houses, huge gardens, good schools nearby... Man, too bad they're so darn expensive.

Anyway, today turned out to be a great day! After I got home, I zipped out again to meet Jie and her friends for a little shopping spree. I managed to control myself and didn't buy a single thing =] I'm trying to save money so I can pay for my own driving lessons eventually.

That's all for today, I guess =]
